Comfortable in front of the camera
Many of my creative friends feel uncomfortable speaking in front of a camera, even though they know it could boost their engagement, sales, and opportunities.
I used to feel the same way. I cringed at my voice and appearance, but the more I did it, the more proud I became of doing something others find difficult. It helped my personal brand and business grow. Through constant practice, I became more and more comfortable.
My advice: Just do it. Life is too short to be held back by the fear of others' negative thoughts or your own. Don't let fear stop you from embracing the potential inside you!
Here's a 2018 Instagram video where I awkwardly spoke on camera, a rarity due to insecurities, but now I see the value in connecting face-to-face with my audience.
